Where Myths Become Real
What is this?
This is my umpteenth attempt at carving out a little piece of the internet for myself. To have a place that is wholly mine, but still exposed to the public to the extent I want it to be. I've bounced off of Twitter (before I even made a post), Facebook (have my name and face posted? No thanks), Reddit (no personal space, everything is a public forum), Tumblr (not sure why I fell off of that one, I might return to it eventually), and even Mastodon (too much like Twitter). I've known about Neocities for a couple years now, and figured I could dust off my long-rusted web development skills.
In the event that I manage to follow through with this website it will likely be a collection of snippets from my various creative endeavors. Expect to see Tabletop RPG content, from DnD 5e homebrew (it's all my friends will play) to ill-advised independent systems based on whatever media I'm obsessed with at the time. Maybe updates on my current campaigns, maybe some thoughts from my (embarrassing) ventures into game development.
More specifically, what is here?
Well currently there is just a blog made with Zonelets, which you can access through the header. I'll add more pieces of the website as the ideas strike me, and will likely forget to update this section after doing so. So check the header, probably.
Why is this page not also made with Zonelets?
Good question, me! The main reason is simply that I got this template from sadgrl first (check 'em out, lots of cool stuff there), took some time to acquaint myself with it, then discovered Zonelets right after. Wanting to make use of this new technology while also maintaining this specific page I had imprinted on, I decided to just stitch the two things together. Expect the chimera to grow new heads as time passes.
